What are the best days of the week to move?
How far in advance should I schedule my move?
We recommend scheduling your move as early as possible to ensure availability and allow time for proper planning. While some moves can be accommodated on shorter notice, booking in advance gives you more flexibility with dates, services, and timing.
Can the weather affect my move?
Yes. We complete scheduled moves in most weather conditions and come prepared to work safely and efficiently. If severe or unsafe weather occurs, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps and, if necessary, reschedule or delay the move.
How many movers will you be sending?
The number of movers assigned to your move depends on the size and details of the job. We determine the appropriate crew based on factors like the type of move, the amount of furniture and boxes, access conditions, and any additional services requested.
What happens if my move takes longer than expected?

Do you offer coverage for my items?
How do you ensure the safety of my belongings during the move?
We take every precaution to protect your belongings. All furniture is carefully wrapped with padded moving blankets, and our trucks are fully stocked with boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap. Our trained crews ensure each item is properly prepared and secured for safe transport.
Should I empty out my dresser drawers?
Yes, all furniture should be moved empty.
Can I ship jewelry and important documents along with other items?
We strongly advise against it. Jewelry, currency, and important documents are never covered by insurance and should be kept on your person.
I want to do some packing before the movers arrive. What should I take care of?
We recommend leaving the fragile items for the movers, such as lamps, pictures, mirrors, glass, and china. However, feel free to pack durable items like clothing, linens, and books yourself. Be sure to use appropriately sized boxes.

Do you call before delivery?
Delivery dates and time windows are confirmed in advance so you know what to expect. If there are any updates, our team will communicate with you accordingly.
How long does it generally take for my item to arrive?
Depending on where you are moving, the time of year and your availability, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for your items to arrive.
